We are currently working around the clock to integrate our ticket system and the shop into the all new WEBSTORE. Also we are looking into streamlining and improving the entire user interface and shopping experience.
ALL users who have purchased a ticket from us will receive an email outlining how they are affected by the changes. We hope to have the system 100% complete by 02/02/2015.

*Our entire ticket support team will be focusing on the change over and any ticket issues will be put on hold until then. Only once the systems are integrated can they do a trouble shoot of your issues. As always we will aim to get this done ahead of schedule and where possible we will still reply and assist before the time.
